Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can efficiently manage maintenance staff, vendor relationships, and lead various projects. The Facilities Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Leadership
  • Lead a team of 4-6 Maintenance Technicians, overseeing their work product and scheduling.
  • Exhibit organizational skills and critical thinking to effectively manage team operations.
• Manage Third Party Vendor Relationships
  • Maintain and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring services meet company standards.
  • Annually go out for bids to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Dispatch third-party vendors as needed for various maintenance tasks.
• Project Management
  • Lead and oversee remodels from beginning to completion, working closely with architects, city government agencies, and franchisors.
  • Read and interpret site plans and blueprints to guide project execution.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 1st shift

Additional Details

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year, exempt position with 24/7 availability, including nights and weekends.
